    Each registered engineer has their own unique 7 digit licence number, this can be found at the top of your card and embossed across the middle. Please note that Gas Safe issues engineers with a unique ID card annually and each new card will be issued with a different licence number. This number is different to the registration number of the business.

    Your details will be listed on our ‘Find an Installer’ search tool, which lets homeowners find heating engineers in their area who can fit Spirotech products.

    As well as benefitting from new customer enquiries, you’ll also receive a free Spirotech welcome pack.

    Simply complete the registration form on the Better Heating website.

    We recommend providing your business address, as this is the information we will use to calculate proximity to homeowner searches on the ‘Find an Installer’ page.

    Once your details have been reviewed, you will receive an email to say that your application has been approved, confirming that you are now a Spirotech Approved Installer.

    If your application has been rejected, this is likely because key information is missing or we have not been able to verify the information you have provided. You will be contacted by a member of our team so that you can provide the relevant documentation in order for us to review your application.

    Once your application is approved by our team, your business information will be displayed to homeowners who have used the ‘Find an Installer’ search function. Provided your business is one of the five closest registered addresses within a 50 mile radius of their searched postcode, homeowners will contact you directly via the contact information provided in your registration form to discuss getting a quote.

    The ‘Find an Installer’ search function for homeowners will be launching ahead of heating season 2022/23.

    Yes, for installers who have never fitted Spirotech products before, we will be providing training/materials on the SpiroVent RV2 deaerator and SpiroTrap MB3 dirt separator.

    Your personal information will be securely stored in line with GDPR guidelines. Your business name, contact number and email address will be made available to homeowners using the ‘Find an Installer’ search function, provided you are one of the five closest registered installers within a 50 miles radius of the postcode submitted.

    Your welcome pack will be delivered to the UK business address provided on your registration form.

    As Spirotech Approved Installer is a UK based initiative, we are unable to ship items outside of the UK.

    No, if you have multiple people working for you, only one person would need to register in order for your business details to be listed on our ‘Find an Installer’ search function. Information on training dates will be communicated via email and you will be able to respond with how many of your team are looking to attend.
